着手金のお支払い・着工
お見積内容に問題ございませんでしたら、着手金をお支払いいただき着工となります。
※着手金は、お見積報酬の半額及び実費相当額です。
資料収集・書類作成
申請にあたり必要となる資料等をご案内しますので、当所にご提供ください。
当所は、申請書類を作成いたします。
なお、一部資料についてはオプションで当所が取得可能です。
出入国在留管理局への申請
資料が揃い書類が完成しましたら、当所が出入国在留管理局に申請いたします。
ご依頼者様が出入国在留管理局に出向いていただく必要はございません。
出入国在留管理局の審査
この間の出入国在留管理局との折衝も当所が行います。
在留カード等の納品・成功報酬のお支払い
審査が無事通過（許可）となりましたら、新しい在留カード等の納品いたします。
これに並行して、成功報酬をお支払いください。
なお、不許可となってしまった場合に、成功報酬の請求は致しません。
※成功報酬は、お見積報酬の半額その他残額です。
リカバリー
万一、不許可となってしまった場合、その原因がご依頼者様にない場合には、改善策を講じ、無料にて再申請を行います。再申請により許可となりましたら➇に回帰します。
※不許可の原因がご依頼者様に「ある」場合の例
・虚偽申告
・失業や中退、離婚等の生活上の急遽の変化
・許可となる期待が薄いとお伝えし、はじめから無理筋での申請であった場合
・当所がご提供をお願いした資料等を円滑にご提供いただけなかった場合
Residence Status Application Process
- Inquiry & Free Consultation
Please first make an inquiry or consultation via the form. It is no problem even if the matter is minor or you are not sure whether it can be accepted. - Free Meeting & Hearing
In principle, we will use the web and hear your situation in more detail. In this hearing, we identify the applicable status of residence and the procedures for the case. We also formulate the policy and developments going forward. - Quotation
We will send a quotation based on the meeting/hearing. Please consider it. - Payment of Retainer Fee & Commencement
If there is no problem with the quotation, please pay the retainer fee, and work will commence. - Document Collection & Preparation
We will guide you on the materials required for the application, so please provide them to our office. Our office will prepare the application documents. Note: For some materials, our office can obtain them as an optional service. - Filing with the Immigration Services Agency
Once the materials are ready and the documents are completed, our office will file the application with the Immigration Services Agency (Regional Immigration Services Bureau). There is no need for you to visit the bureau. - Examination by the Immigration Services Agency
During this period, negotiations/liaison with the Immigration Services Agency will also be handled by our office. - Delivery of Residence Card, Payment of Success Fee
When the examination is successfully passed (approved), we will deliver the new residence card, etc. At the same time, please pay the remaining amount of the quotation (success fee). Note: If the result is non-approval, we will not claim the success fee. - Recovery
In the unlikely event of non-approval, if the cause is not attributable to the client, we will take corrective measures and re-apply free of charge. If approval is obtained upon re-application, we return to step 8.
